I really love colours in this shot.
Shame there were so many idiots about tonight. I saw one boy about 14 years old holding a firework in his hand, lighting it and throwing it into a bush right by where families were waiting for the professional fireworks display. Luckily nobody got hurt.

I took so many photographs of helicopters last week that I could post one on here every day and not run out for six months. I am obviously not going to do that but I am posting my favorites. This being one of them. I really like the motion blur on the rotor blades on this helicopter. I also think it really helps that one of them was pointing towards the camera, it seems to add balance to the shot.
I painted my son’s face for a Halloween party today. Quite scary.

We went to Crosby beach earlier with my friend Phil. While we were there the sunset was quite dramatic.
