I have been unwell lately so I have not been taking any pictures. For the next few days I will be using older shots.

This one is one of my favourite of my son. It was taken in a playground in late October when we visited North Wales.

Take a ‘gander’ at this

Have you ever thought to yourself ‘This goose looks like it might go for me’?

I did and I was completely wrong. Even though I was closer than either myself or the goose would have liked, it was very calm and cooperative.

I couldn’t shake the feeling that the goose was thinking ‘I could attack but it would be too easy’

Five minutes later I was attacked by six ducks who stole all my cash. They were later seen in the pub with a pint of lager and six straws. I never carry much cash you see.

My feet were just as cold

I decided to walk along the canal to get home the other day from dropping my children off at school. I was glad I took my camera.

The whole canal surface was frozen over. All the birds looked very puzzled.

Boy was it cold!

The best thing about cold mornings is the great photography. The more I look at this picture, the more I like it.
