Last of the Smoke

I used this photograph in a composite image the other day. I thought as an image on it’s own it works really well. The curves in the smoke make it look like a lily.

What can you see in this smoke picture. Please post a comment to share your observations.

A simple shot of the bottom of a glass of wine. I like the strong contrast between the edge of the glass and the rest of the image.

When I first looked at this shot after taking it, I noticed the smoke looks almost like a female figure. That is what I like about shots like this, the more you look at it the more your mind explores shapes within the smoke.

Another smoke shot today. I inverted this one and made the smoke red. I am very pleased with this shot.

I spent some time messing about with smoke and light today. I am very pleased with the results.

I found this water lilly growing on the canal near my house.

Another close up abstract shot today. I really like the pattern in this one.

This is a shot I took of the Radio City Tower in Liverpool a few weeks ago. I love the perspective in this shot.

I have been trying out a few shots using pattern and perspective. I quite like this one.
