This spider took me by surprise when I almost walked into it’s web in my garden.

I can see my house from here.

There is really no point to todays post other than to point out I can see my house from the top level of the Strand car park. Anyone who knows me can have a little game of ‘Where’s Wally’

Nelson

This human statue dressed as Nelson was very entertaining. There was quite a croud around him and it seemed that to him, everyone was fair game.

Yet Another Tall Ships Shot

Another tall ships shot today. This time in profile. I like this angle because it reminds me of really old images of tall ships. I was tempted to make it black and white but I really like the colours of the flags.

Tall Ship Ropes

When I visited the tall ships at Wellington Dock the other day, we went on some of the ships. It amazes me that there are so many ropes. It must take plenty of skill and team work to sail a ship like that.
