Fruit

I don’t know who arranged the fruit bowl in work yesterday but I liked it so much I had to take a photo of it.
Time for a change. I changed the design of my blog today. Hope you all like it.

I attended Shoot Liverpool today with Ryan, Dave and Emmett. We had a very good day with a lot less rain this year. This years event was slightly different to last years. Instead of a photo treasure hunt we were given six phrases from a story and had to go out and take photos that represented them. The story was an adaptation of the ‘Pied Piper’ written with a local feel to it. This shot was the one we took for the phrase ‘The long procession’ it was based on a concept Ryan came up with and we all contributed to making it look right. I took the photo myself but equal credit should go to all three of the guys mentioned above. I am really pleased with this shot.

I am doing some more shots for the Dolby Hotel. This is an idea I had last week that I wanted to play with a little. I would appreciate comments on this shot. Please let me know what you think of it.

I really like how the colours red and black look together. These chillies are a good example of how well these colours contrast with each other.

I have been playing with chillies again today. I quite enjoyed arranging these chillies like a flame.

I decided to have a little play with some images today. I am very pleased with the result.

I wonder if anyone can spot anything a little odd about this slice of apple. Please leave a comment if you can.

For this shot I wanted to have the apple match the background.

I like this shot for very similar reasons to yesterdays shot.

There is not much I can say about this shot. Its simple, has shallow depth of field and I like it.
